No not high maintenance, simply hygienic and slightly concerned with appearance lol. I am an avid nail salon customer. Every two weeks its time for nails and toes to get pampered. Some say its a waste of money, but if it’s important to you and it makes you feel good there’s there no harm in it. Being in front of the camera so often is also motivation to keep up on those sexy , girlie, looks. French tip, hot pink, dark red, flower designs, something new and something for everyone every time =) Come take a couple hours out of the month and soak your feet in that bubbley, hot, pedicure water and spruce up your confidence with some perfectly manicured nails.

My sister had asked for some hand weights for Christmas to use around the house for various exercises. I bought her a pair of 3 pounders to and now every time I’m at her house i pick them up and just start doing curls or tricep kickbacks while chillin on the couch and what not. I totally see why she wanted them. It’s so easy to just get a little work out at home while your watching tv or waiting for the laundry to dry. A couple weeks later i got a pair but instead of the typical hand weights i got the adjustable ankle/hand weights. I strap them on my ankles when i go for a bike ride, do leg raises or run up and down the stairs. I put them on my wrists when i do walking lunges. I love these things and use them about 4 times a week. They were only about 12 bucks and make working out more fun and easy!
For those who have a treadmill at home, you can put them on your ankles while you power walk or run or, on your wrists and put yours arms out to your side and raise them up and down. Here’s a pic of me working on my biceps hahaha

I know i know it causes premature aging and skin cancer but I love to tan. I am not a tan-a-holic by any means I only tan during the chilly winter months. It just feels so good to bake in the warm bed and come out looking sunkissed! I have a golden glow naturally because im half Italian so it doesn’t take much for me to get dark fast. I have been tanning for some time now and know the ropes pretty well. Which beds to recommend, which lotions ect. I use a tingle lotion which is recommended for ” expert tanners only ” because they can be a little alarming. A tingle lotion increases blood circulation and excites your melanin, which brings it up to the top layer of your skin, causing it to oxidize faster. The more oxygen your melanin is exposed to, the faster you tan. I have never tried a spray tan but I wouldn’t say they are horrible contrary to popular belief. You don’t always come out orange lol. Anyways… I went tanning today and it was so satisfying i just thought id blog about it. I can’t wait for summer to show off my bronzeness hehe.

Hello and Happy Valentines day to all!!! Whether you celebrate it or not, love is in the air. I had the take advantage of this holiday and bring to you a very sensual photo set. Remember the good ole’ days when family’s gathered around and had game night? You don’t see that too often anymore. Instead its frozen entrees in front of the tv. I personally love board games and think it’s a shame i dont get to play them more aside from Holidays when times are more family oriented. My neighbors and I get together every so often for a cook out or movie night, They brought Monopoly over one evening and I was stoked! It had been forever since I got down on that ancient game. I forgot how long it takes to finish. It literally can last hours and hours before any is declared a winner. It felt really nice to spend some quality time with friends and share a fun evening of chatting, laughing and goofing. I highly suggest yall try it onc night and forget the tele. There really are a ton of entertaining games out there. Or you can be old school and go with sherades!

Last week i shot with John O. one of my favorite photogs. We did some sexy, classy and playful sets for BrianaLeeXO.com it was my first time modeling in a corset top, first time doing implied nudes with a chain necklace and first time covering my nips with speakers haha ( you will see what im talking about ) Anywho.. it was just a really good day of shooting over all. It didn’t feel so much like work. Some people don’t consider modeling hard work but it can be challenging and very tiring. Saturday the 23rd I threw a crazy Mardi Gras themed pre Birthday bash. This year my day of birth fell on a Monday so i had to celebrate big over the weekend. Growing up, it was tough having a winter Birthday because you always had to consider the weather so this year to play it safe i threw a big house party and went all out with a ton of festive decorations, hiring a house dj and an exotic dancer, renting a pole, setting up drinking games, providing food and dancing all night. It was wild and really a good time. There were lots of people and everyone seemed really chill and laid back. I love house parties, when they aren’t at your house cause the mess is DISASTROUS! Luckily, being the b-day girl i wasn’t stuck with the clean up haha =) It was a very memorable night!

Place your bets everyone, time to start a round of blackjack! Okay so its funny because not even a year ago had i ever played any card games other than gold fish and war. Nor had i ever gambled. Tables and slots were a new world to me. That stuff never interested me, im not even the kind of person to waste money on a lottery ticket. One day i was meeting a photographer for a shoot at a casino and he asked if i wanted to gamble a little before we started. I said lets go for it and i won 50 bucks after just spending just a dollar on a slot.Since then i would go back with friends and observe the table games cause i really wanted to learn to play blackjack. It looked more simple than poker, pai gow, or any of the other card games. It was apparent i was a natural, and hooked lol. So since then i have been a frequent casino customer and usually take their money lol. Its a blast as long as you have self control and know when to quit. Now i just need to plan my trip to vegas!!

As part of my birthday celebration i wanted to go up to Sacramento to see some old friends and family. I was born and raised in sac till i was 11, then that’s when i moved to the midwest. I would come back to sac and visit every summer, then i eventually moved back up there before relocating to southern cali. I have been all over, back and forth many times lol. Anywho.. i have some amazing memories of sac and i wanted to make some more by taking this trip. It was really nice to see my friend Heidi, she and i met when i was 4 and we were best friends for years, I also met my 4 year old cousin maddy who is such a doll. I went by some of the houses i grew up in, drove by some old schools and places i used to hang out. It was a total trip on memory lane. I really wanted to spend more time up there, but i guess ill just have to take another mini vacation sometime soon. The drive isn’t too horrible, just long and boring. Sac is my hometown and will always be special to me.

It’s quite a challenge to have a die hard sweet tooth and not be a total fat ass. I find myself totally addicted to sugar and craving chocolate and gummie stuff all the time. Frozen yogurt or low fat ice cream is a decent choice to indulge those cravings without feelings like you should go to the gym immediately. A new frozen yogurt joint called Whimsical opened its doors in a near by strip mall and i had to give it a try.Its was heaven right away. The atmosphere is young, modern, up beat and fun! They offer a self serve delicious frozen yogurt buffet option, or a gelato bar. They have baked treats and chilled beverges as well. The whole place is stocked with low fat or non fat goodies. For the frozen yogurt, since its self serve, they charge by the ounce. I usually sprinkle on some strawberries, kiwis, sprinkles, and maybe some brownie pieces. Lately ive been on the gelato kick. There is nothing like the flavors of smooth and creamy gelato. Some of them include golden mango, cookies & cream, coffee, pistachio, green tea, and tiramisu, They also feature limited time flavors like almond crunch, birthday cake, white chocolat, caramel and pumpkin. Anywho, enough making your mouth water, this place is great!! Cali is highly influenced by the heath kick so you see these places poppin up all over.
