My sister had asked for some hand weights for Christmas to use around the house for various exercises. I bought her a pair of 3 pounders to and now every time I’m at her house i pick them up and just start doing curls or tricep kickbacks while chillin on the couch and what not. I totally see why she wanted them. It’s so easy to just get a little work out at home while your watching tv or waiting for the laundry to dry. A couple weeks later i got a pair but instead of the typical hand weights i got the adjustable ankle/hand weights. I strap them on my ankles when i go for a bike ride, do leg raises or run up and down the stairs. I put them on my wrists when i do walking lunges. I love these things and use them about 4 times a week. They were only about 12 bucks and make working out more fun and easy!
For those who have a treadmill at home, you can put them on your ankles while you power walk or run or, on your wrists and put yours arms out to your side and raise them up and down. Here’s a pic of me working on my biceps hahaha
